Please note that the reception is temporary closed. Check-in must be done at the reception of the Parque da Floresta (opened 24 hours).
Please note that guests are required to pay the full amount upon check-in. Guests are also required to pay a security deposit which will be refunded in full provided there are no damages.

Towels are changed twice a week, with the bed linen changed every 7 days.
